What this means
Your NDIS plan sets out the funding you have for supports. Support Coordination helps you use that plan well—finding providers, setting up services and making sure everything works together.
Specialist Support Coordination is for situations with more barriers, such as when mental health, housing, hospital or justice services are also involved.

Support Coordination

Specialist Support Coordination
A higher level of coordination for situations with more barriers — for example, when several services or systems are involved.
